Meet Our Wine and Cheese Staff

Our Specialities

Wine & Cheese, If You Please? was conceptualized as a sister retail market to the original Rollers Wine & Spirits retail outlets which have been in business since 1960. Just like Rollers Wine & Spirits, Wine & Cheese offers a vast selection of fine wines, craft beer, and party goods and mixers, all at Hilton Head Islands lowest prices. In addition to being a wine and food lovers market, fine cheeses, charcuterie, cocktail and cigar gifts and accessories, and local provisions. Our location sits alongside "Rollers Spirits" which is our boutique liquor store under the same roof. At Wine & Cheese you can enjoy a retail bottle of wine on our back patio, with a delicious sampling of artisanal cheeses, or sign up for one of our exclusive wine and cheese pairings, often with the Winemaker or Vineyard owner!

Stephanie Stawski

Manager / Wine Buyer

Stephanie Stawski was born and raised in Minneapolis MN where her family still resides. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin Stout with a bachelor's degree in Hotel Restaurant Tourism Management. During her senior year in college, she had the privilege of traveling to Spain for a Wine and Food pairing winterm class. Her fabulous professor ignited her love of the industry. After graduation, she moved to the Chicago area where she bounced all around the Northwest suburbs and worked for Ivanhoe Country Club in Mundelein, IL. She always had a desire to move down south, and found that opportunity in 2012. She started serving at a restaurant in Bluffton until learning more about the Rollers team. She was ecstatic to be accepted with open arms and hit the books to increase her wine knowledge as quickly as possible. Shortly after she started, passed her intro exam with the Court of Master Sommeliers. She is looking forward to the future with Rollers and the Court of Masters.
